General trouble shooting steps you can take to solve an error

The following Help Information File is designed to assist you, should you have any difficulties with the components of ICE. If this file does not provide you with the resolutions or answers you require, please do not hesitate to contact a client representative.
- I don’t hear anything in Dental Education Presentations.
If the presentation loads up but you do not hear anything, make sure that your audio settings have not been muted or turned down. To do so, click on Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Entertainment -> Volume Control and ensure that all levels are up and that the mute boxes are not checked off. Lastly, ensure that your speakers or headphones are plugged in, turned on, and turned up. - I don’t have Adobe Flash 7.
Adobe Flash version 7 must be installed to view all ICE Presentations and 3D-Animations. To install flash from the Adobe website, click [HERE]. Additionally, please ensure that you have downloaded Adobe Air as it is required to run the ICE imaging system; If you do not have it already, the system will prompt you to download it. - I don’t see the Dental Education Presentations or 3D-Animations.
One of two things is likely. Adobe Flash is not installed properly. (see help tip #2), or a popup blocker is preventing your presentation from loading. Depending on your system, you should be able to temporarily disable the Pop-Up Blocker by holding the Shift and/or Ctrl key and clicking the link you are trying to access. If you disable any active popup blocker(s), this should also solve the problem. - I click on a Dental Education Presentations but nothing happens on the screen.
One of two things is likely. Adobe Flash is not installed properly (See Help Tip #2), or a popup blocker is preventing your presentation from loading. Disabling any active popup blocker(s), should solve the problem. - I keep receiving a screen resolution error notice when I try to log in to ICE
Please note that for an optimal viewing experience, ICE Dental Systems requires a screen resolution of 1280 X 800 pixels or higher, with a minimum browser window resolution of 1225 X 605.
